- Dear @Miss B, Don’t be going cooking him any home cooked steak or taking him to a restaurant for steak either as he is a vegetarian, verging on full vegan. He’s an animal lover and humanitarian so if you want to date him don’t go frying or grilling any animals! :-) You’ve got hot taste in men and actors otherwise though. -- Anonymous

- I say this all the time on this page and thread for Dean Measor.... because he reminds me of a mixture of the actors Leonard Whiting, Benedict Taylor, Richard O’Sullivan, Doug Fisher, Robin Stewart, Jack Wild and even a young David Jason. - My name is Debbie from South London and my family used to have a corner newspaper shop in the 1980’s. Dean would come into our shop and buy the newspaper each morning from us. He would always have a steaming hot cup of tea in between his hands and he always has a big smile on his face and lovely white teeth and green eyes. He was always very genuine and kind and very polite and he would always ask me how I was and how all my family were doing. Especially my Granddad who was very sick and in hospital at the time. It would have been in 1989 from my calculations. He was in rehearsals for some theatre performance. Very nice memories in very much different and better times. -- Debbie
- I remember back in the late 1980s in Yorkshire (possibly in Sheffield) my young family at the time saw him in panto (Little Red Riding Hood) and then we all met him after the performance. He along with two or three other cast members from the show spent absolutely ages with us and many others from the audience also. We got numerous photographs and autographs with all the children and had a good chat. I know all actors and performers in general should be more appreciative and humble in general but he and his two fellow cast members were exceptional. Really good people and it made the show and the whole experience very memorable. We ended up seeing the same show about four times. We also started to go to the theatre regularly as a family and as my children grew up and moved on, my husband and I still go to the theatre regularly as a direct result of that show, Nice memories. -- Soapie-Sophie

- Dean Measor was brilliant in the movies Body Melt as the voice of Beauville and in Horseplay playing Joe Byrnes. He has considerable talent and huge potential. He won three class awards at art college and graduated at the final passing out parade. I’ve had the privilege and fun of working alongside him on stage. But, unfortunately apart from a few very brief and small moments of clarity and direction, his career has been totally compromised due to very serious ongoing health issues. -- Dane
